How do I sign up?
Signing up only takes a minute. Just scroll down to the menu bar below and tap Menu Button with 3 lines at the top left corner. That’s it!
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
A Strain representative will contact you via text once your order is confirmed and notify you when your order is ready for Pick Up or Delivery. You will also receive an email notification of your total at your registered email.
What payment methods are accepted at Strain?
At Strain we currently accept Cash or Debit for both In-Store Pickup and Delivery.
How can I redeem my Promo Code?
Once you’re signed in, just add items to your Shopping Cart and tap Check Out. You can apply all valid promo codes in the checkout screen prior to your purchase.

Do I sign up if I’m a returning customer?
If you are a returning customer with Strain then you're already signed up. You just need to create a password. The easiest way to do this is go to Menu Tab, tap Sign In, Submit your phone number (w/area code), and tap Send me a one time use password. That’s it! Strain will text you your temporary password and your in! Be sure to tap update your profile in the menu screen so that you can save your own password next time.
How do I choose In-Store Pickup or Delivery?
Once you have signed up and logged in. Simply add items to your cart and tap the Checkout button at the top of your menu. Once you are in the Checkout screen, you will see two options underneath the Order Type field, Delivery or Pickup, just tap the one that applies before the order is placed and you're all set.
